i just got a 4 star archangel with a base rating of 928 . Can you determine what would be my champ's PI if i take him to rank 4 level 40 . I have to choose between phoenix and archangel. Pls suggest :)

    It all depends on what masteries you have. Every mastery raises that number by a different amount. Some by a lot, and some by very little. But if your masteries look anything like this... then this is what you can expect...

    And you should DEFINITELY rank him up to 4/40. He's like the best champion in the whole game. He's awesome. Forget Phoenix. Don't waste anything on her.
