Missing days in banquet calendar

I having been logging into my alt account daily to send the accolades to grab the few GBC I could for fun but when I logged in the other morning it was showing I had missed a day, I sent a ticket to kabam and they gave a basic reply of making sure I logged in everyday and they couldn’t change a special event calendar. I left it at that point thinking I had made a mistake.

A few days later my ally mate also using his alt account in the event mentioned the same thing happening. Thought it a bit strange and since then I’m seeing more and more people saying they logged in to find they also missed a day when they have not on other social media platforms.

Anyone else experiencing this?

    It could be a bug, or it could be a more complex example. So in pacific time, the log in calendar resets at 5pm. So if you logged in daily, there is a chance that on a day like Tuesday you logged in at 4pm pacific time, then on Wednesday you logged in later in the at like 6pm. So while you logged in daily, you could miss the full 24 hour window of the calendar.

    That might not be what happened, but it is a possibility. Or like I said, it could just be a bug.

    I assumed like normal the calendar resets for me at midnight GMT so as long as I claim within the next 24 hours it should not matter but I guess if it was to work like that it may be the reason

    Same happened to me and I did not miss day or window.

    Something seems off with that. There were several grace days built in. One of my accounts that missed days is still earning accolades until tomorrow.

    Yeah I have sent all accolades but due to the apparent missed 24 hour of not logging in I won’t be able to collect the 4 GBC at the end of the calendar

    @Kabam Miike appreciate you won’t get this right now but when available can somebody look into this? Surely something must be up considering so many have had this issue

    Both my alts had this issue. I didn’t miss any days yet I can’t collect the 4 gbcs at the end
