  Pretty sure the tag is #Villain of the contest
  
  This is separate from #Villains, so you need champions with villain of the contest tags like Joe fixit. You can also use other champions like squirrel girl for it as well.

  Dang I messed up lol. At least I only used a few expiring items.
  On a positive note I learned Hoods sp3 bleeds stack and refresh using a heavy. 3 stacks got nice.
