Muscle Memory Crystal bugged???

I have opened 4 Muscle Memory Crystals and haven't even seen a Taskmaster or Hela.I hadn't gotten a 3/4 star in the last 10-15 Premium Hero Crystals.Didn't get even any 3/4 star.I spent 600 units on it and that's not a small amount for a person of my level.I want compensation in the form of Units or a 3/4 star Crystal.It is a sincere request.
