Ok what's up kabam? I logged in the game, and expecting keys for gauntlet...but I have none. I never even attempted gauntlet on this account. So...wheres ma keys?

I’m in the same boat and I don’t think we will be getting keys. The way the mail reads is if you completed it previously you’ll get keys. If not then you have to complete act 6 to get keys. Unfortunately for my I’ve already done that and won’t get keys.

Hey all, we are investigating this. You do not need to complete 6.4.6 again, and anybody that has completed 6.4.6 and has not run the Gauntlet 3 times should get at least 1 key.

Same here. I've run the Gauntlet once and was expecting two keys. Glad to hear you're investigating. Please let us know if we need to submit tickets.

Sure, but what about those who are looking to run this three total times as advertised. An initial run and the one key sent in the mail is only a chance to do the content two times. 🤔

It says we should get 3 keys in the act 6 completion rewards. Is that only for people who complete act 6 after this update?

“At least 1 key”. If you haven’t done it 3 times, you’ll get enough keys to run it up until 3 times.

I haven’t ran it at all set time aside to do it and found it was gone but I’ve only received 2 keys thought we could run and claim rewards a total of 3 times?

I've got the correct number of keys now, ran it once before and got 2 keys.

Out of interest are the keys consumed as soon as you go through the gate or if you get to the end -can you back out once started

I still dont have any keys, i did it once, but not "100%". Also, i am paragon and have 100% act 6

I was very hopeful today. I farmed units, potions, and revives. But the way Kabam “improved” the way to obtain chest via Keys, is just annoying. I wish that kabam left the chests the way there were. 1 on each 4 paths.

I already explored act 6 a long time ago, there’s 3 keys there that I can’t get because of either a bug or you have to newly complete act 6. Mind everyone this is my first time attempting GG. I’m unable to receive keys because I haven’t done the Grandmaster Gauntlet before. So my guess is I’m not getting keys, I’m hoping Kabam can fix this mess.

I’m in the same situation, I have healing items expiring soon so I’m hoping they’re able to send out the keys quickly

I have a TB mini account that has never done the gauntlet before and didn’t get any keys.

I have a paragon account that did it one and got 2 keys.

Seems like an issue with the keys for accounts that haven’t done it before.
