Mine won't connect after claiming 3 year aniversery reward

After I claimed it, it said network error. I have full bars of wifi but it keeps saying failed to log in. Is there something wrong?

Sometimes a device will briefly hop back and forth from cellular to WiFi in the background despite what the icons show.

If you are still having issues, try this:

1. Check for game updates.

2. Close all background apps and restart device.

3. Enable airplane mode and while airplane mode is turned on, go to your settings and turn on WiFi only.

4. Launch the game and see if the issue has been resolved. This should force all packets to be authenticated properly between your device and the server via one channel of communication.
