Why rare R4 Material?? Even not in the black ISO market???? Why ??

I completed TB perhaps i will finish act 7 tommorow i bought sigil but black iso market don't have T6 basic catalysts fragments or full catalysts and also not there T3 alpha catalysts

Because R4 materials, and by extension R5, are the rarest materials. If you want them you have to either work for them, or pay a lot for them. They don’t come from little to no effort.

There's no easy path to Paragon unless you whale out for holidays deals. Outside of that, you need to complete content and do map and platinum 4 or higher wars.
