juggernaut not immune to reverse controls?

i’m doing acceptance and yes the gem is on but reverse controls still works on juggernaut i read his phase 2 abilities nothing would suggest why it doesn’t work

    Immune to Emma’s reverse controls. But not to reverse control nodes like Mr. Sinister is.
