BGs are broken and Kabam doesn't seem to care

@Kabam Vydious BGs are so broken, and I'm sure you guys received thousands of reports. Still, they're up and running, causing frustration to the players. One simple suggestion, just as you did with the Gauntlet:

-> Remove Battlegrounds from the game!

Any software company would try and fix all the bugs before publishing a new game mode.
The issues include: matchmaking, fights not accounting for your win then restarting with a reduced timer, matches lost for no reason after the first fight, fights crashing the app, etc

Why do you guys keep these issues unsolved...just like dropped inputs? Then complain that the community is mad at you, doesn't trust you, etc. Sure, you're still getting a lot (A LOT) of money from your clients (players), but please tell me if all of you wouldn't be much happier in a more positive environment?!

I work in a software company myself where respect, kindness, and customer satisfaction are the foundation: our clients love us and the mood of our teams is positive, creative, and proactive. Honestly, let me tell you: this is priceless!

Kabam and their entire team doesn’t CARE at all about none of the players guys…
After 8 years of playing this game (used to LOVE AND ENJOYED playing it before) - I decided to quit because of the stupid BG.
I quit my ally…and now maaaaaybe I will be doing the monthly quests or other stupid act they are getting out soon…but overall the game is dead for me. I didn’t play since 2-3 days and just feels amazing…no stress, no headaches, no stupid kabam curses, etc
If they don’t realize that they just start ro burnout good players & good community members..only one word: careless (or idiots - sorry to say that, but justified)
If they think that the whales are still gonna keep the game running…and spending a fortune, they are probably wrong…
Keep up the “good” work Kabam team.

I’m sooo happy that finally I stopped playing this broken game…at the intensity I used to play before.
Last words: Kabam you’re the ones losing, keeping these bugs and stupid game modes in the game.

I hear you buddy! I've stopped playing the game for 1 year or so, then went back for a more chilled play. But I'm considering again quitting to stop having a broken game affecting my mood.
