Description: For the past couple of days Spidey 2099 is not applying ruptures while hitting block or when just attacking. Is this a bug, visual bug or a silent nerf?

Spidey99 has a 25% chance on light and medium attacks to place a rupture on the opponent. This ability goes to 100% when hitting the block of an opponent with a wither debuff active. He doesn’t apply ruptures when hitting the block unless the opponent has a wither.

Works fine for me. In your screenshot Symb Spidey doesn’t have a wither debuff on him so attacking into his block wouldn’t have inflicted a rupture anyways.

I always ran him with Anti-Venom synergy so I never noticed before
