Block Damage increased?

Ever since the 13.1 update this week, myself and many of my alliance members have noticed a lot more block damage happening. I almost lost my 5/50 Scarlett to a map 3 Black Widow mini boss, without her hitting me once. Every hit was either blocked or parried. I've seen it on all fights, not just that example.

Did you guys crank up the block damage taken on purpose? This is a huge deal if you did, as I intend on doing LOL next week.

    i beat 2 black widow in map 3 with 1 hero but the parry damage are increansed in the pasts update not in this update

    Yeah I get that, but from pre 13.1 to post, the blog damage increased a lot.
