Missing crystals

Has anybody else lost a crystal due to the recent crash. I finally made it to 700,000 milestone on the "road to a million" arena and as I went to finally open my 5* crystal, the game crashed and now I don't have it. Needlessto say I'm pretty ticked off about this.

    If it was spinning or been tapped too open when it crashed u may have a 5* in your champions tab. This has happened to me a few times. I would first check then if still a issue send in a ticket

    I checked, and it isn't there. I'm new to the forums and I have no idea how to send a ticket, would you mind telling me how to do so?

    you need to wait til the game comes back up... on the home screen hit the settings tab on the top left and then hit the support button and it will take you where you need to go...

    On main screen in game the settings button top left corner go to support and there you can send a ticket
