Rintrah vs juggernaut

Rintrah put neutralize on opponents for almost every hit he take...juggs make unstoppable buff continously ...but when juggs takes rintrah he is not effected by neutralizing ruptures...
I was shocked to see aperson killed rintrah so easily with juggs ...if am missing any info kindly pls tell me

    Juggs puts stagger on his heavy I believe so if you constantly heavy rintrah you'll be gaining MD power and keeping rintrahs charges in check. Also rintrahs neutralize is pretty short against non-cosmics.
