Relic Unbind Costs have been *REMOVED*

Hello Summoners,

With this month's build of MCOC, we have removed the cost to unbind relics. Previously, you only encountered an unbind cost after a certain amount of unbinds, however, we elected to remove this pain point for Summoners, entirely!
