Why has everyone ignored the real 7* cost question?

What else have I been saving up my loyalty for? As you can tell, I refused to rank up my 6* because I didn't want to waste resources for when the 7* appears.

No one cares for him until he may get a decent Buff. Loyalty is uses to get resources for AW and rank-up/awakening-material.

Awaken gem, R4 materials? Hell, boosts are a better use of loyalty.
