    He shouldn't be the way he was but he still has some use. One of my alliance members still uses him on map 6

    An idea to buff strange: his attack heal depend on damage again but the percentage scale inverse of the power level. So the more power the less heal. His special make him enter a recharge state where he can't gain hp in 2-3 seconds. So if you play mindlessly you can only heal at best 30% hp in the third circle, and need more calculation to heal more
