Unable to complete 100% solo special event

I recently became paragon got the new special quest of completing side threat 5 100%, but i already did that before i was paragon and now tried doing again but didnt work

The same thing is happening with me for side quest level 3 where I have explored everything but I haven’t gotten the rewards

The exact same happened to me. I became paragon today and got the threat lvl 5 and tb eq objective but have already completed both of them before becoming paragon and now I cannot claim the rewards.
