Side quest rewards not loading

After exploring all 4 side quests of threat level 5, achievements tab is only showing three, so I can’t claim rewards. Any ideas?

    Same here I’ve become paragon yesterday I had already done the first 2 before I was paragon then just finished the last 2 now but It only says I’ve done 2/4, so I tried repeating one of the first ones but still nothing???

    I'm having the same issues with level 4 rewards. I have 100% all 4 chapters but still showing I've only completed 3 out of the 4

    Are there any updates on this issue? Cause I recently reached Cavalier and I have done the side quests that are required but I can't claim the rewards as well

    I have the exact same issue for level 4 SQ rewards! it always just shows me as having one more quest remaining when I literally 100% all of them.

    Same here. I 100% threat level 4 and no rewards. Doesn’t even show it

    I’ve completed all of the level 5 side quest and it’s only loading 2/4 complete for me. Why I’m not getting my rewards for side quest. Please fix for my account….Ironlunglegend
