Cannot get Escape from titan lvl 3 rewards even though completed

Just to explain a little bit of whats happening. I completed all level 3 from the special quest, but i just reached cavalier yesterday, and i was expecting to instantly complete it and get the rewards, however i only got the quest but i cannot claim the rewards because it says that I haven't completed it yet. I tried to complete one quest from level 3 and it didnt change anything.
