Scarlet Witch power steal not working [More Info Needed]

Anyone else noticing this? Power steal is not only not working but actually lowering power.

I've seen a couple vids (linked one below) and also experienced this myself, the power steal tag pops up but it doesn't actually work, SW barely gains anything and immediately loses the power she gained.

Hey OP. Can you let me know a specific fight where you've experienced this recently? Opponent champion, and the game mode/node? Even if it happens in all kinds of fights, having a specific example that we can recreate often helps us track down bugs much more quickly. Thanks!

@Kabam Wolf Here' a link to my post, I found a vid on YouTube where it occurred. The fight is against Uncollected Gwenperion.

@Kabam Wolf I sent over the video of an arena fight with Hyperion in an email. But it literally happens in every fight in every mode. I tested it on Winter Soldier in ROL just to make sure it happened every time and it does.

@Kabam Wolf You can see in @taojay1 video she not only doesn’t gain, but actually loses power as it drops but then doesn’t come back as high.
