Battleground matchmaking still broken

To whom it may concern,
I am only a Cavalier player but 85% of the time, I am matched against paragon players. This feels tremendously unfair to me. What if we put in a rule that you could only play against an opponent one level below or one level above?? That feels fair to me. If you are fighting against someone too powered, Give us right to back out
