Idealy you will still run Map 6 AQ and some form of off season AW.
As for BG's, I have always been in GC since season 2 and will be going into next season with 9k elder marks looking to hit the 400k mark as a minimum.
My stats are as follows:
Hero rating = 3.04 mil
Prestiage = 17.03K
7*'s = 11
Rank 5's = 1
Rank 4's = 20
Rank 3's = 51
