Is this a bug? Hes super aggressive phases 1 and 2 but in phase 3, which is dependent upon you intercepting, he decides to not turtle but just walk up in front of your champ and do nothing.

Any sort of insight on this would be welcomed. Thank you

    It’s that way so you die more & spend money on revives
