I foolishly made that mistake and didnt realise until after id opened them it was wrong.
I think a big part of the problem (at least when it happened to me) is that the different offers didn't actually show the items in them aside from the units. Instead, it said you should scroll down to the bottom of the page for a link with that specific information. If you scroll down quickly enough, you might not notice that there are different tiers of offers, and when you scroll up, you first see the lowest-tier offers. Since those don't carry a Progression prefix like the others, instead being called Grandmaster's Peter Parker Wallet etc, and you still can't see the specific items you're getting from the screen, it's very hard to know that you're making a mistake unless you specifically noticed that your intended offer was named either Paragon or Thronebreaker.
I have faith that everything will sort itself out eventually and that I'll get either a refund or the items I tried to buy in the first place, so I won't be screaming or crying about all of this, but I do think that this was set up rather sloppily with a lot of things that could go wrong. The fact that the different offer tiers aren't even separated in any way, just one after another, makes the various tiers even more difficult to view clearly. I mean, giving the page a slight bit of formatting would have been a small but welcome change.

@kabam jax Just one question how to not touch a fragment of (alpha) catalyst and a selector , they both transform into something else once claimed (once the limite to forme a full catalist is reached) ? Does he do harm to the refund process ?

10 days is a bit extreme in my opinion. I can’t get the correct deal until I receive the refund. I have a few days left but it’s not looking promising.
