Not getting catalysts earned

I keep getting gyped on my Daily Quest awards. I think it is related to shards creating new catalysts. Regardless, two times in a row I have not ended up with the correct number of Mystic catalysts. I forget the details of last week; I just know that I should have had more in my stash based on what the rewards say I got. Today, I started the Daily Quest with 3/6 Tier 3 catalysts. On the first run, I got 1 cat, plus another formed from shards. On the 2nd run, I received another cat. My total should be 6/6, but when I go to my stash, I only have 5/6. That's two weeks in a row that I didn't get the rewards that were listed when I completed the map.

By the way, I did quit the app and reload the game. It did not make a difference in my inventory.

Uh, still not getting catalysts. Super great response from Kabam (none) on this issue reported probably 3 weeks ago.

I'm pretty sure it has to do with creating catalysts from shards earned in Catalysts Quests. All I know is that the full number of catalysts that show up in the rewards section after completing a run in the Catalyst Daily Quest do not show up in my inventory. I'm assuming I get the ones that are earned whole, but the ones created after earning the shards do not show up. A friend of mine reported a similar issue in the M.O.D.O.K. challenge, but I didn't ask specifics.

Quitting the app and then restarting does NOT solve the issue. That super helpful advice is in the sticky for this Forum and is totally wrong. Come on, we've been playing this game long enough to know that 90% of the issues are directly related to Kabam and not some refresh we need to do on our side. That's precisely why "getting Kabamed" is common lingo.

It's hard enough grinding for catalysts; we should get the ones we earned. Please fix this. The standard Kabam ignorance is getting a little old.
