Resonate - it is worth it?

Upside:
Debuff champs (esp. Mr. F) benefit strongly.
Gives non-debuff champs a debuff, so they get Despair benefit.
Gives a throw-away debuff for Masochism, so parries stick better.

Downsides:
Feeds Willpower in BG/AW (really bad VS iHulk or DDHK whose healing cannot be reduced by Despair)
Feeds Dominos "degen on failed attempt" signature ability.

Massive no if u plan on being remotely competitive in BGs.

Didn't hate it, but it's not worth it. Kabam should buff it with 2 of the 3: more potent, let it stack, increase accuracy.

Hopefully Kabam has been quiet because they've been in the lab toiling away at Masteries 2.0, perfecting them so they provide more useful customization than "recoil or nah?". I doubt it.

I've got Resonate unlocked, but rarely use it.

It can be useful for certain Skill/Science champs in questing, but in all competitive modes, the Willpower healing you give your opponents outweighs the benefits, unless you mainline Warlock, Void and Mr Negative.
