Champs locked in Alliance War with no War active

My champs are locked in AW and cannot be used in AQ when a war is not on going. I removed from placement but still can’t use them.

Will this remIn like this for an extended period?

Same here, is there anything that works right now, incursions maybe. If anyone is playing that. Is that still a thing?
