Scarlet Witch. Both are not very good champs when unduped.
But when you awaken Scarlet Witch she becomes a god tier. Duped or unduped Kingpin is garbage.
Go for SW.

Kingpin isn't garbage but I'd rank SW. At the end of the day it really doesn't matter. Once you advance you won't use 3*s much anyway.
