Awful game lag, game freezing [Under Investigation]

Terrible game lag, freeze frames. It's been awful over the last week, but I've experience this for 2 years. My device was just turned on, no apps running in the background. Ipad4 doesn't have a screen recording option so this is the best I can do. I don't expect any acknowledgment or action from Kabam.

Cap marvel vs 5.3.6 Stark Spider man. Game freezes about 8 times in 1 minute with 2-3 pretty severe freeze frames.

Here’s another fun vid. Not as bad as some other days , but that frozen L2 was pretty funny.

Never mind that it started on autofight without the autofight button on; at least they’ve acknowledged that problem and are working on a fix... hopefully sooner rather than later.

Ouch, the lag is pretty bad on the vid. Oddly enough I have an s7 edge like a few of the people in here and I dont have anything like that...o_O

Yes this needs to be addressed ASAP, I made a phone reset on iPhone 6S and it didn't improve. Interestingly, i purchased a second hand iPhoneSE and the game plays perfectly, could not believe it!

I would think the opposite. With "lags", freezes and bugs many people don't spend in the game, because many people literally fell exploited losing due these problems.

There are lots of F2P players that are never going to spend even if they need a potion to revive in AQ or AW.

But these bugs will result in the whales and the occasional spenders to spend more to ensure that they don't hurt their alliance or their progress. It's the top one-percenters that keep this profitable with their disposable income.

Pessimist, optimistist > stun immune for lag.

This is why aw and event quests see so much more lag. Why 5.3 lags off the charts.

U aren't fighting champs, ur fighting lag.

I agree with the idea of more buffs = more lag. I've been saying that for as long as I can remember.

i had that same problem. Today everytime i did a special or a heavy attack it would lag

16.1 isn’t any better.
In fact , I’d say it’s been much worse.

Evade -lag
Buff - lag
Debuff - lag

Here’s another vid using my IPhone6. Couldn’t evade the heavy attack becuz of the lag/freeze frames. It might seem minor or not as bad as some other vids, but things like thing make a difference when fighting 20,000 PI enemies.

It's your device. Iphone 6 is too old for this game. I have an iphone 6 too 64gb. i switch to iphone 8 for a few months but i still play MCOC on my iphone 6 because I want to preserve my new iphone battery. So there are just a few apps on my iphone 6...just wifi, no sim insertedi. the game freezes and lags from time to time, esp when Red Deadpool did his special 2, the game totally freezes. When it happens too often and becomes too annoying, I switched to my iphone 8 and no issue at all.

So i think it is time for you to get a new device.

It's my day since months ago, I even don't try expert or like, because it's sure dead.

At the begginjng I blamed my skills, then I realized the game was performing bad for me.

Of course, some contents is inviable with that performance.

How's that investigation coming, because it's a constant problem with freeze frames in every fight now. I'm using an Iphone6 and an Ipad4 and the old "get a new device" is just lip service because this problem has existed for over 2 years. If certain devices aren't supported, then you should make everyone aware, but I doubt you really want to do that and lose millions of players. Trying to fight uncollected story quest is hard enough without the BS lag and game freezes.

I have an iPhone 6 too, and it never used to lag before, however now it does a lot on AQ fights! Granted, it's not as smooth as far as frame rate compared to the newer devices, but it used to get the job done when I needed to use it for fights. Most of the time right now it's so bad that I end up using my Girlfriend's iPhone 7 instead, but I think that the Server issues as well as the lag issues need addressing.

A lot of times I will try to parry, and because of the lag the champ will miss badly and eat a 5 hit combo to the face... This is unacceptable when my Alliance runs 6-5-5-5-5 every week in AQ. I hope that you do figure out what the problem is, because it's affecting a lot more summoners than appears on the surface!!!
