Is Loki still good for 5.4 Ultron?

I’m trying to 100% Act 5 and this is the only quest left, but the last boss is a bit of a pain.
I saw some people and videos online talking about Loki for this fight.

Is he still good for it or did any changes occur to change that fact?

I tried the fight with my Proxima Midnight and it went like a breeze

Apperently her 200% offensive AA reduction while blocking just makes the annoying node not work, so I can at least parry in the fight lmao
