Champions ranks changing

Hello can anyone help my champions keep changing rank sometimes dropping by over 1000 changing my roster I have numerous screen shots it's effecting game play match ups aq aw and arenas but in bg they stay there ranks...

bgs always shows different to elsewhere.
boosts will affect it if using boosts
mastery changes will affect it
sig levels will change it.

also it does not affect your gameplay at all.
PI is irrelevant.

Could be my mastery point repositions seems legit, yeah pi stayed same

No boosts no sig changes defo think maybe your right with the mastery points change I did
