Zemo trap does not work.

Defenders can activate sp3 when they are rooted. Kabam you owe me two 40% revive, 20% attack boost, 25% health boost and 20% attack and health boost. Please fix this. THX

Just noticed in his abilities that defenders cannot activate sp1 and sp2 but there is nothing about sp3. But I can swear that it worked for sp3. Did zemo got nerfed?
