Decay attack tactic on Silk breaks her kit and tactic itself

When using Decay attack tactic with Silk it breaks both of them, Silk is not reverse healing with her slow and opponents evading while they have slow on.

Please take a look at it before AW season starts.

    It looks like when I knock opponents down it overrides Silk’s slow with some cosmetic slow from Decay tactic
