I WANT MY INCURSION ARTIFACTS BACK

I was saving for the 7-star crystal in the incursions store so I started to run the new cycle of incursions. After I was done, I realized that I had hit the max(500k) and I had not been gaining any artifacts after the limit. I had no idea the max was 500k and it is stated nowhere in the game. So I reached out to support and they stated they wanted me to spend ~33000 artifacts(the artifacts I lost) before they could refund me my artifacts.
The problem here is that the limit is not stated in-game nor is there any warning when you are about to hit the max. So I shouldn't be forced to spend artifacts when this is none of my fault. If the max was stated in-game, then I wouldn't have hit it. I told support to send me the artifacts through an in-game message but they said they couldn't do that.

So spend 33k and they will refund you 33...
It makes sense what is the big deal? They are not going to tailor your limit just for you

Really no reason to save up artifacts since the pool isn't going to change anytime soon. I get what you're saying about the limit and that definitely needs to get worked out, but it sounds like they are willing to work with you on the artifacts that you earned beyond 500k. That's a big win for you (and for Kabam).

So you were saving up artifacts to buy the 7* crystal, which is 400k, and now you're complaining about spending 33k artifacts? They have a way to fix your problem why don't you just buy the 7* and then you get refunded the 33k

I don't mind spending I just don't meet the requirements to buy the 7star. Also, I don't have a problem with the limit. My problem is that it isn't stated in-game and there is no warning when you are about to hit the cap.

Sorry if my post wasn't clear enough but you need 8 7-stars to access the 7-star incursions crystal, but I only have 7. The 7-star is the only thing I want from the incursions store and if the limit was stated in-game I wouldn't have continued my incursions run, and I would have just waited until I got my final 7-star.

Then you would've been booted out on reset and would've complained about that too. It's really not a big deal just spend the artifacts so support can help you. Yeah the limit should probably be stated but you don't need to go everywhere complaining about it smh

Maybe ask them to give you some time on spending it? I'm not sure if it will work though.

It's frustrating - was there any kind of warning when you were getting close to 500k?

Anyway, I think they've offered a generous solution - you can get 33,000 shards back; you just need to spend then on something.

It's better than them just saying 'no'.

You can't have more than 500k. It's impossible for them to refund them to you.

OP, you need 400k for the crystal. Just spend 33 get your refund and keep yourself at 500k if its so important for you to have 500k even if the crystal costs 400k...
People will complain over everything this days.

There is an incredibly easy and simplistic way for the game team to resolve this issue. If you click on your currencies at the top and then click on anything, it already gives you a descriptions of how to obtain them and what they're used for.

I honestly see no reason, for the currencies that do have caps, why it can't then say (MAX/500,000) etc. This would alleviate users having to go out-of-game to find this information, would prevent more threads like this, and would further remove Kabam from "accoutability" by saying that information is available in-game.

As for the max/cap, I also believe that it should be increased because of the 8-character requirement to unlock it exists. There is no restriction on Loyalty to unlock your 7-star from that pool. Many people on here have surmised that it's because somehow it's 'easier' or 'quicker' to get 400,000 artifacts than 1,500,000 Loyalty, and while that may be true, it would still take someone A LOT of work to get those artifacts.

Not to mention - the pool of characters in the Incursions crystal essentialy all depend on their awakened ability (not to mention some of them need really high sig) to hit their potential. I don't see why locking an unduped 7* Angela behind an 8 champ requirement is necessary. As far as I'm concerned, if you can reach 400,000 artifacts, then you earned that character.

Many only reached 400k easily cause Cap‘s Enlistment Event gave away so many for free. I don’t like these gates, but it’s understandable.
