Sometimes when i dash back and then forward again she doesnt phase again but i am above 3 prowess?

Here's what I improved after playing Kitty.
You're hitting enemy, but it's blocking, so you dash back but instead of dashing again, use your light attack that'll count as intercept and you'll get prowess.

(considering that enemy immediately dashes forward as you dashed back)

Yeah i'd dash back twice before dashing in. The spacing with 1 dash back is pretty inconsistent so it is more likely to hurt you than work in your favor.

You can safely do dash in dash back sequence with Tigra and 10 prowess
But without Tigra, if you're hitting block then instead of dashing back again, just use light attack and then start dash again,.easy to get hang of it.
