Hate to break it to you but she is. In my opinion, Spidey is a very niche champ whereas you can bring BWCV to so many matches, even with class disadvantage. Suicides friendly, doesn't need the sig ability, selectable triple immunities, regen on demand. The list goes on.
My 6* is rank 4 and I would've ranked 5 her had I pulled a mystic gem from 8.3. Over Rintrah, Doom and so many others.

Imo she's better then spidey in terms of flexibility but i have her as a 6 star so i may be biased

Spidy while a good bg defender, has a lot of counters and with low healthpool, any hard hitter can defeat him.
You should've chosen bwcv
Remember, they removed bwcv from 7* titan crystal because they thought she was too op, but spidy still entered the poll and lost to juggs, spidy is no way near to bwcv
