Missing bg rewards

I ended last season at platinum 1 and at the start of this season I started at silver 3 and said I would get the rewards for the tiers I had missed but I never got them. Am I supposed to do something to get them or was it bugged?

    You have to play 5 matches to get them. If you didnt get them automatically after 5 you should contact support.
