I noticed when adding points to Precision and Cruelty, the stats on your champs doesn’t go up.
Is this a visual bug?
For reference:
DV r5, sig 120 5*
Crit Rate - 628, Crit DMG- 738 without any masteries.
Those numbers don’t change.
Can a Mod check on this?
