Can't purchase units

Every time i try to buy some units, this pops out.
Can someone help me out with this, but don't say to restart the game, log in into your google or kabam account, or attach a payment method, i've done every possible thing but i get the same error or whatever it is. KABAM help

    Go to setting in-the app and sign in to google account or go to the play store and go accounts because you may need to active you a google play pay account and have to go through some steps for it to happen.

    Nah guys, i tried everything.KABAM replied that they can't do anythng, it's something about google play

    No idea you probably logged in to the wrong or account. Actually try syncing your google account then login with it from the game.

    Google is trying to do you a favor and keep you from throwing your money in the toilet. I'd call Google customer service and thank them if I were you.
