Why isn't there info on Nimrod's heavy attack?

I think because the heavy attack itself technically doesn't do anything.

As far as I know, Nimrod’s heavy attack does nothing on its own.

I like the electricity that makes contact with the opponent when you fire a heavy off, even if it misses
