Rank down agent venom 5 star

I like agent venom but have issues with him. 1st his damage isn’t consistent sometimes its really weak others its half decent. 2. Out of all my heros av specials get blocked the most especially on higher end opponents like there is a small lag all the time. 3. His bleed doesnt always work. So strongly considering dropping him and perhaps bring up hulk and wait for another skill What u guys think?
