Necropolis last 1% help

Having a hard time with that last 1% as most of the time I'm not able to avoid the Unblockable SP1.
I have managed to throw an SP1 and barely an SP2 so far (by the way are there visual clues showing me this?). Having a hard time getting myself to an SP3.

Would Mystic Dispertion help with Wiccan to generate power more quickly? I realize I'm just going to have to get better at dexing his SP1 but I would like to stack things up on my side as much as possible. really wish I had put Hyperion on my team even if it would have meant more revives early on trying to get to 999 with Aegon.

As well would ranking up Wiccan even more help? I would be able to take more direct normal hits....would that help with generating power as well even if its a small amount? Wish I would have had a higher star relic to give him as that would have also helped.

If you're having trouble, then I say rank up and health boost up. Is it a 7* Wiccan?

It's a 6 star rank 4. Wish I could taken him to rank 5 but I'm missing a Mystic Tier 6 Catalyst. Ascension also not possible I'm 120 Tier 2 Primordial dust away.

I actually had never played Wiccan before and now regret having to learn him this way

    I used a R2 6* wiccan.

I can only advise that you keep dexing his sp1 till sp3. Theres no otherway than this

just chill , when he is at/above 1 bar of power, dex back after mlll , don't finish your combo . That way u have enough space to dex and don't have to worry about getting clapped by his sp1 (tbh , i don't get it how did u manage to bring him down to 1% without being able to dex his sp1 confidently) .

Thank you for the tip. I used about 30-40 revives to get him to 1% aprox (I wasnt keeping count honestly). I got a few times where i was just in the zone. I think the first thing you said says it all...i need to chill. I think I just got frustrated. Will try again maybe a bit later today or may wait until tomorrow. don't want to leave it be too long because i have a lot of energy in my stash now because of the horrible revive drop rates with the 4 hour crystals.

I'd also suggest intercepting him and push him to sp2. His special two literally won't kill you.

If you struggle so much with sp1, you could use your relic and try to push him to sp2 I guess, or practice with iron patriot(it's the same timing on the beam)

I may try pushing him to SP2....I can take at least one hit of that without dying.
Thank you all for the tips

    my god im shaking.

i accidently added the revive to Aegon....and noticed i got a lot closer to SP3 so i continued trying with him...it wasnt pretty but 5-6 revives later i got him....then i used wiccan for the intercept. kept pressing back and whenever i noticed him heading towards GM i hit GM...was able to dash back at the right time twice in the same fight.

    thank you guys

really wish Kabam had a way to replay the last 30 seconds of a fight because I would have recorded that.

Thank You. I wish i had recorded it. It wasn't the greatest plan of attack but it did work in avoiding his SP2 twice.
I have stopped shaking but no idea how long it will take to get myself to bed now :)

You can get hit by so2 and it doesn't matter. It will never kill you.

For future runs: overseer with suicides completely bypasses the last 1%

    How so??

To edit: a duped overseer. Because the first point in his sig ability deals burst damage when a personal immunity triggers. Poison from suicides triggers that immunity which triggers the damage burst. If the gm is at 1%, just going in the fight with overseer will kill the grandmaster. No need to intercept, sp1, sp2, sp3, he will just drop dead.

I know this is a surefire way to get more disagrees but I have to ask, why the disagrees? I only provided information that I hop helps people on future runs.

Did you test this out with overseer?

So the damage is dealt before gm gains his indestructible abd immortality and all that? @IvarTheBoneless

Yes, it works. I brought my 7 star specifically for this, and did the rest with aegon. I died after the gm regenerated while he was degenerating from 100-1% so I revived aegon to make sure the gm was at 1% before going in with overseer.
@AverageDesi I suppose so, but I don't know if you mean his regen too with that. See above about the gm regen and degen in phase 4. Doesn't matter if I revived aegon or overseer, I think the important part is the gm at 1% when you enter the fight with overseer. I did an intercept and sp2 while he was degenerating before dying, but I still should have to do sp1 and sp 3 at that point. Instead the gm just died with overseer.

Hope this was clear, I even have it recorded I think, I'll see if I can post it tonight.

I hope I'm not shedding light on a bug that Kabam doesn't know about...
