I think it’s pretty obvious they were more concerned about the holiday sales than addressing the war issues and not getting a holiday break. Running on greed this holiday season

208 deaths for us! Just a little over our usual 20 we averaged last season 🥰

I don’t think you’re entirely wrong here, I don’t agree with the phrasing though.

I think they dedicated available resources to other things and had no bandwidth to deal with the constructive concerns so they decided to ignore the feedback for now and just plow ahead.

Because this was the decision and it happened after the banquet timers went live, there are a lot of alliances unhappy and spilt about what to do, and no decision is making all 30 players happy. So now there are frustrated people that feel stuck in a place that used to be full of like minded players with shared goals.

I don’t think it was intentional but it definitely is a nasty feeling situation that they stuck all of us with that cared about AW prior to this December.

Oh and to make matters worse the potion economy “adjustments” are already laughably outta date with R2s and R3s now more common. One death in war, if required to heal to full by your team can cost as must as 7 items, basically 50% of your allotted items.

Or if you block tactic specials you could be stuck spending 5 items just to recover the chip damage. So many pain points here that it’s just hard to think this was truly thought through by anyone

    Upcoming war update will say

" we finding that summoners aren't dying over 1000x per war, so we have decided to slightly increase the next defence tactic to meet our goal,"

Honestly it's a joke it's like Kabam don't want us to do Aw or bgs the guys. The stats don't lie guys who's suggesting these nodes and tactic should be held accountable and give us a clear justification on why it's a good idea to ruin the only good thing about this game.

    I LOVE IT!
(it's terrible but Psycho man is a great counter for it and i have a 6* r5 ascended Psycho man and u don't so boo hoo)

we don't have r5 6s ascended psychoman because he is a trash champion
    That's not true
Yeah, he's not the best or close to it
    But TRASH?
Did u know with my Psycho man I've defeated 6* r5 ascended #Crush Onslaught in aw? Good luck doing that with Nimrod or whoever
I watched the video. You had the attack tactic armor burn... With that available many champs can take him... It's honestly a much better tactic to counter crush in general. Sturdy is more or less useless. Too bad in tier 1 you don't get to pick... You gotta stick with sturdy... But hey kabam devs are happy with it...
Don't pretend like this attack tactic is what made Psycho man be good vs Onslaught

I think they intentionally chose not to do anything with an extremely broken tactic and ignore the feedback for holiday break. And the funny thing is they’re absolutely going to have to change this for next season and/or issue compensation. They chose to prioritize things like banquet and deals and ignored the feedback on war.

Actually that’s not fair, Jax gave a very bad answer of “everything is working as intended we wanted this season to be harder”. Cool thanks for communicating that to your player base. Deaths are doubling, big Allie’s are not participating….. the writing is on the wall.

I’d say doubling is benign kind lol. But I tend to find that thoughtlessness is more likely than intention when this many things crash into each other
