Anyone got a Road to the Crypt update?

Does anyone have a current number on how many necro deaths we have done for Road to the Crypt and where to find it?

Slight dip in rate, but still generally heading towards 11 million by the end. If the rate trends downward, we might fall slightly short.

Most of the data points that include weekends have been higher than the trend line, while most data points that don't include weekend have been below the trendline, which makes sense, but this is the first data point with a weekend that fell below the trendline. This is not unexpected, however, as this was the New Years weekend. So we'll see where the next update places us.

Basically, ten million looks to be a lock, and eleven million looks to be on the bubble.

Ok, since I only have 12,500 Titan shards, we would need to get to 13 million, which doesn‘t seem realistic…

So I need to complete the 7 for 7 challenge, bringing me to 17,500 shards. So I would only need 3k from the Crypt.

Which we already have, so thanks everybody, you can stop dying now! 😂😂

I explored Necropolis a couple days ago (last 3 paths). I used Aegon and really suck so I helped pad those numbers pretty well. Just bring Aegon and suck everyone. You can boost the numbers and still make it through.

I actually like this entire community like events.

Kabam should make more of this, preferably as a community event milestone (like solo and alliance events).

For instance, entire mcoc playerbase should spend certain threshold of gold for upgrading champs and relics, and milestone rewards for the same.

Kill opponents at aq/aw as a community, or maybe complete certain number of arena matches.

I do think some solo event milestones would have been fun - didn’t need to be great rewards, just something like 250 7* shards per hundred deaths or something like that. And some joke rank awards like some punching bag portraits or emotes or something.

OK if you re-read my original post, you’ll see that the point I was making was not that this be game breaking awards - the crypt awards already coming are great. It was more about having some fun with how many times you die and contribute to the overall pool. Also, I think you underestimate how many deaths people are having doing these runs - I saw someone yesterday or the day before note over 200 deaths just with one path with a 5* Aegon and no relic. So, I could see some people earning as much as 2000. But again, the point of the idea was more about having some fun with everyone’s personal death count.
