Its been more than a year and the rewards and the store really really need a buff. It just makes no sense now to specially rank up champions for battlegrounds for such mediocre rewards as 7 stars are available. The rewards for GC are even dumb and thr store is trash. Nothing to buy from there. The 7 stars shards cost are too high. Please buff this kabam this upcoming season or many players will not be playing. There is already much much reduction in players grinding battlegrounds. Please look into it.

The store isn't so outrageous that it deserves a "boycott" discussion

There is still plenty to get in the store, it is far from useless. I will agree that the 7 star shards are overpriced.

I still enjoy the store rewards and rewards from GC but yes they can use a buff. They are really not that bad and mainly big spenders and people who completed every single thing the game offers fast have the real issue with the rewards so it’s hard because you have way less of these people than casual spenders and f2p users who still can use these resources to build a competitive roster.

The game doesn’t need to be rushed more, it needs to be fixed and that should be priority.

Generally less players engaged with a mode sends the message something is wrong with the mode. Though being a competitive mode would come with the concern of greater competitiveness, I suppose.

Unfortunately the best feedback for companies and devs is if it involves money vote with your wallet if it’s a mode for a game vote with your engagement.

Obviously with that said though do what you want and what gives you the fun experience in the game more and voice concerns where you can offer suggestions even.

If someone takes issue with a particular aspect, or is open to discussion, then generally the conversation continues. If they don't like anything at all about it, then it's a reasonable comment.

Op do have point this time. Battlegrounds is ****, it is a pvp mode, so kabam should update the store and rewarss regularly. I hate it when kabam introduce a new progression title but take a year to introduce stores relevant to title.

Kabam you do realise we do missing out a lot because of this? It won't take a lot of effort to remove increasing prices in glory store, and introduce more items for valiant players in bgs and loyalty store, and updating the battlegrounds solo milestone event rewards. The only perk for exploring necro currently is better daily crystals, that's it. When you introduce a new title, you should plan and release stores and contents around the title immediately or within 2-3 months. You shouldn't be keeping us waiting for a year.

There is no point with the battlegrounds solo milestone event. And it won't even take much effort to update it as well. But I don't know why kabam always delays reward updation like this.

Respectfully, since this is a game after all, what is the point of playing if it's not fun or entertaining?

If you are at the point where an element of the game not only no longer brings value to you, but that you are questioning a boycott, maybe taking a step back isn't a bad idea.

One solution is to buff the rewards, but I'm sure there's an underlining issue if a mobile game sparks this response

Once the casuals leave, it takes lot more effort to bring them back than to keeping them at first place.
For example, if raids next month don't get tuned then I doubt it'll survive till 5th rotation.

Yeah, I do recommend you for waiting for shuri cuz, shuri makes that fight a joke. Just like they are enemies, so shuri is built completely to counter attuma, and once he becomes rooted, it is just a lazy heavy spam and sp 1 dex. Shocks keeps the hydration in check. With shuri, attuma is even easier than namor imo.

Except the game is literally built upon that "narrative." Kabam is deliberately adding more modes and content than most players could do, and players are supposed to choose. Moreover, Kabam is deliberately making content they know will not appear to everyone, or even most players. Traditionally, most game players are not enthusiastic about PvP: when PvP is added to games that don't have PvP, it rarely achieves universal appeal. Not every player likes to be in alliances or do highly coordinated multiplayer content, so AQ raids are only going to appeal to certain players. Not everyone likes high difficult content, so so-called Everest content like Necropolis or challenge content like Grandmaster's Gauntlet will only appeal to a small segment of the players.

None of this should stop players from voicing their feedback, but individual players also have to understand the game is not designed just for them personally. It isn't even universally designed for the majority of players. Instead, different parts of it are designed to appeal to certain kinds of players, to try to appeal to as wide of a set of players as possible. Some of it you're going to like, some of it you're not going to like, and some of what you don't like is *deliberately* designed to be something you don't like, because it is intended to appeal to a different kind of player.

This includes rewards. Players are *constantly* complaining about rewards. There seems to be this idea that more rewards is better for everyone, so no one should disagree with reward buffs. But that's not the case. Perhaps it is the majority sentiment, but increasing rewards has side effects that not everyone likes. It causes overall inflation. It accelerates tier escalation, which is not the same thing. It can promote burnout if it over-encourages players to pursue those rewards. *Some* players want or need more rewards. But not everyone does, and some players are harmed by excessive rewards. It wasn't that long ago when there were many players saying that BG rewards were overshadowing other parts of the game and unbalancing the content incentives.

So there is no perfect amount of rewards for any game mode, and whatever they are set to, some players will think it is enough, some will think it isn't enough, and some will think it is too much. If you don't think it is enough, you can voice that opinion, but you should also consider the fact that the rewards might simply be set to be enough for some players and just not for you, because buffing them is not a universal improvement.

Failure to update stores, EQ and other aspects related to progression in a timely manner has been a consistent issue for years.. and yes, it is irritating

Only positive feedback I have on this is that at least they added the additional Gauntlet after completing EQ as a work around for being 2 progression titles behind in EQ.. hopefully they continue to do better at updating regarding rewards and stores related to recurring content (AQ, AW, EQ, SQ, BG seasons)

This is me to be fair, play BG for the 48 hour objectives and just about scraped GC because I lost 2 games all season. I don't understand how people can play this mode all season round, it's a time sinkhole and the rewards arent overly worth it unless you're shooting for top 1% and even then time and effort to reward ratio still isn't worth imho. Glory stores new buff basically ended any viability of the BG store besides shards.
