Paragon Gauntlet bug

Hey kabam , I did side quest thronebreaker difficulty 100% of this month and then become paragon and now i am unable to acess paragon Gauntlet, please help me resolve this issue

    Next month you’ll start getting the Objective (mission) to complete Thronebreaker quests to earn a Gauntlet key.

    You have to already be Paragon, in order to have the Objective be available for you, in order to do the TB quests and get the key.

    This month, you already did the TB quests before you became Paragon (before you had the Objective available for you).

    But I used so much resources and units to be paragon specifically this month isn't there any other way around

    Possibly by opening a support ticket, but I'm not sure.
