Does any of these 4* Tech champ deserve T4CC for R5?

This is the first time I get 3 Tech T4CC to get Tech 4* champ to be R5. Should I use them now or wait for changes in the future (such as SL being duped, or getting another better champ, etc)? I am still working on RTTL (haven't started Chapter 4) and Act 4 (completed all and still exploring chapter 3).

Does any of these 4* Tech champ deserve T4CC for R5? 20 votes

    Your best bet is SL here but he needs to be duped. Better wait till he gets duped or you get another r5 worthy champ.
