After the great nerf of 12.0, we were promised that the 'Top tier 'champs would still be good.
I know there have been a lot of other matters you had to work on like bugs, crashes etc but this is important too.
Doctor Strange and Black Widow are nerfed too much.
You nerfed BW's ability too much. From a 100 to 70% at lvl99 which becomes around 55% against mutants, so isn't much effective against NC etc. But even more than that, her crit rate was seriously nerfed. Previously on a SP2, all 4 hits would crit, but now you get 2 if you're really lucky. Seriously, that is such ****.
Doctor, well earlier his base stats were low, because he would get armor and regen was good, but now his armor is nerfed, his power gain is nerfed and his regen is nerfed a LOT, which has made him almost unusable anywhere except arenas.
Please, we need to get these characters reworked and at least good, like SW and Thor are.

If they can do this, what's to say they won't do the same with Voodoo, Mordo, Iceman, Archangel, Ghost Rider etc in about a year or so !?
