WHY IS AI ABLE TO REPARRY?

How am I supposed to hit into block anymore if the AI is going to reparry?
Can't push them to another level of special anymore - how do I fight against a Thing who has 15 or more charges but hasn't reached sp1 yet? How do I push him to sp1? How do I fight against an NF who'd go unblockable if he threw his sp1.. so let me try hitting him into his block and push him to sp2 - NOPE! GET REPARRIED SON!
I'm backed against the wall, the AI is blocking, let me hit its block and get some room to play with - NOPE! GET REPARRIED SON!

Its happening mostly on champs with 2 hits in their mediums. Like Domino, Werewolf...

Like you can repairing AI can do to. I get it frustrating but it most certainly happens much more with those double mediums. Unfortunately.

YES! It's happened to me with Werewolf and Domino both. Can't use them as an offense option in AW and BG.. like WHY? It shouldn't be happening at all in the first place.

You can still use them but hav to stop after your medium. Else you at risk at the re parry’s

Yeah but its terrible cause of the tactic.. you can't clear indestructible if you stop

There should have been a moratorium on 2-hit mediums until this was addressed…

With werepupper, just do the medium into their block and back away. His other hits into block are worthless anyways. By dashing out and back in, you stack more ruptures and deal more damage quicker.

How are you supposed to clear the indestructible charges in war though. I guess you could parry but sometimes parry is punished too.

100 agerd it stupid not even to debate one reason I do not do war not a mode I enjoyed mostly because of the risk of dying oh and it doesn’t just affect me but 29 people. If one do 3 bg.

I don't play up there myself because it is much less stressful in tier 7.

Yeah, I am not gonna put on a tinfoil hat and say its all a conspiracy. I just think it was not a great time to introduce this tactic with the AI reparry issue, then again I do understand that stuff is created months in advance. Its not like they said hey hitting block is bugged lets make them hit block.

Except the AI reparry has been around for years now… the team just ignored all the reporting on it until recently where it’s been admittedly worse.

I don’t think this was done intentionally either mind you, just design seems to happen in this utopian world where bugs are not considered or accounted for and we see this time in and time out.

Yes and no, it pretty much happens with any double M now, almost makes you wish they stopped making champs with double hits in medium or change them to single hit

The bigger issue is the game mechanics have shifted at some point because early game once your block was hit you were control locked at some point during the codes change this shift allowed for reparry the ability to dex out mid combo as among other weird issues some which benefits us other don’t. Honestly i feel it more of a frame rate issue which allows the AI to reinput the block command instead of being locked in the current one.
