Missing poolies

I purchased 2 Odin's in the web store and I only received 920k poolies. I sent in a support ticket a few hours ago and still no response. Anyone else have this issue?

    I was tempted to get an odins myself but I noticed missing poolies as well as missing rewards when opening crystals

    The event was filled yesterday and I was hoping it would fix itself but it didn’t
